Miss International 2022 Jasmin Selberg visits Malaysia


Miss International 2022 Jasmin Selbrg touched down at Kota Kinabalu International Airport on Friday, August 18 for her first official visit to Malaysia.

The beauty queen was a special guest of the Miss International Malaysia Organization for the launch of this year's pageant in a press conference held on Saturday at Sabah International Convention Centre.

Together with Miss International Malaysia 2022 Giselle Tay, Jasmin also had a chance to visit the inaugural Adex Ocean Partnership Summit at SICC while wearing a traditional kebaya.

Organized in partnership with Sabah Tourism Board (STB), the summit featured global experts and trailblazers discussing and exploring diving disciplines, ocean conservation, and sustainability issues.

To recall, the reigning Miss International, who recently celebrated her 24th birthday, previously visited Southeast Asia for an official trip to Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

72nd Miss World heats up with contestants' arrival in Telangana, India

Miss World 2025, the 72nd Miss World competition has officially begun in Telengana, India with the arrival of over 100 contestants vying for the highly coveted title. The beauties were checked into their official residence hotel, the Trident Hotel Hyderabad, and have been rehearsing for the opening ceremony this coming Saturday, May 10 at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium. According to the Miss World organization, the upcoming ceremony "promises to be a vibrant display of traditional Telangana folk and tribal dance performances, beautifully choreographed in a parade-style theme that will highlight the rich cultural heritage of the region." Anne Baldridge was crowned Miss Maine USA 2024 in a glittering state competition held on March 10 at Boston Marriott Burlington in Burlington, Maine. The 25-year-old TV news reporter representing Casco Bay bested 11 other contestants to win the state title. She succeeds last year's winner Juliana Morehouse Locklear. Anne holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Louisville and a master's in journalism from Ball State University.
