Miss International Malaysia 2023 is Cassandra Yap


Cassandra Yap bested 16 other finalists to win Miss International Malaysia 2023 on Sunday, October 1 at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) in Kota Kinabalu.

The 26-year-old fashion designer and model from Johor succeeds last year's titleholder Giselle Tay and will now prepare to represent Malaysia at Miss International 2023 in Tokyo, Japan on October 26.

Kimberly Vung, Christina Lee and Aaliyah Wunsch were announced as the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively, while Hanah Musa, Lilyannie Christie, and Rindsay Rachelle rounded out the Top 8.

Ashlyn Ooi, a 26-year-old model from Kuala Lumpur, was crowned Miss International Malaysia 2024 and will go on to compete in Miss International 2024 whose date and venue are yet to be announced.
