John Legend to perform at Miss Universe 2023 final show


The Miss Universe Organization announced on Tuesday, October 24 that American singer-songwriter John Legend will be performing at Miss Universe 2023 final show.

To recall, he was also invited as a musical guest performer for the Miss Universe 2010 competition at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

John is an EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony) recipient, songwriter, producer, and activist. He has four children with his wife, American model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen.

The 44-year-old has been featured as a coach on "The Voice" since its sixteenth season. He became known for his hit songs "Ordinary People" and "All of Me."

Miss Universe 2023 (72nd Miss Universe) will be held this November 18 in El Salvador.

Sarah Anjelica Dzafce bested nine other contestants to win Miss Suomi 2025 (Miss Universe Finland 2025) on Saturday, September 6 at Hybridiarena Hype in Espoo. Miss Turkey 2024: Meet the Top 20 finalists

A total of 20 finalists have been selected to compete for Miss Turkey 2024 following an elimination round held on Wednesday, September 4 in Istanbul. The grand final will take place on September 11 at the Lazzoni Hotel and the winners are expected to represent Turkey at the next Miss World and Miss Supranational pageants. No competition was held last year and this year's upcoming final will be the 42nd edition of the annual national pageant. Aldana Masset was crowned Miss Universe Argentina 2025 on Sunday, May 25 at Mansión Tango in Buenos Aires. Transgender woman Nguyen Huong Giang to represent Vietnam at Miss Universe 2025

Former Miss International Queen winner Nguyen Huong Giang has been officially announced on Wednesday, September 25 as Miss Universe Vietnam 2025. The 33-year-old model, singer and actress from Hanoi made history as the first ever transgender woman to represent Vietnam at Miss Universe. Zimbabwe will return to Miss Universe pageant after 22 years

After a 22-year absence, Zimbabwe, a landlocked country in southern Africa, is expected to return to the Miss Universe pageant in El Salvador later this year. Previously held by the first ever Miss Universe Zimbabwe, Yvette D'Almeida Chakras, the Miss Universe license is now in the hands of Tendai Hunda, a former Miss World Zimbabwe and Miss Intercontinental 2015 fourth runner-up. Joining her as chief of operations and managing director is Zimbabwean television personality and communications consultant, Rumbidzai Takawira. Zimbabwe last joined Miss Universe in the year 2001 with Tsungai Muswerakuenda.
