Miss Grand International 2023 Best in Ao Dai winners announced


While the contestants are currently enjoying their pre-pageant activities in Ha Long Bay, six beauties have been announced winners of the Miss Grand International 2023 Best in Ao Dai (Vietnamese national costume).

The winners from each continent group were selected through online voting. They had the opportunity to present themselves in a special live talk session with MGI President Nawat Itsaragrisil on Sunday at Citadines Marina Halong.

Miss Universe Great Britain 2025 is Danielle Latimer

Danielle Latimer beat over 30 other contestants to win Miss Universe Great Britain 2025 on Saturday, July 26 at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, Wales. The 36-year-old entrepreneur, stylist and photographer will represent Great Britain at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Luissa Burton and Leigh Hutchinson were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Last year's winner Christina Chalk crowned her successor at the end of the event. "Last night, I had the honour of crowning one of the most selfless, talented woman I know," Christina shared online after the pageant. "For years, she's been the quiet powerhouse behind the scenes, uplifting the UK pageant community with everything she has. Miss Universe 2026 host country and venue officially announced

The Miss Universe Organization has officially confirmed that Puerto Rico will be the host country for the Miss Universe 2026 pageant. Puerto Rican politician Jenniffer Gonz谩lez Col贸n also made an announcement in a conference held on Tuesday, September 23 in San Juan. The 75th Miss Universe edition will be held in November 2026 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico Jos茅 Miguel Agrelot, the largest indoor entertainment and sports arena in Puerto Rico. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kj忙r Theilvig from Denmark was present at the conference alongside former winners from Puerto Rico — Deborah Carthy-Deu (1985), Dayanara Torres (1993), Denise Qui帽ones (2001), and Zuleyka Rivera (2006). Next year's competition will be the fourth Miss Universe edition to take place in Puerto Rico after 1972 (Dorado), 2001 (Bayam贸n), and 2002 (San Juan). Karla Bacigalupo was crowned Miss Peru 2025 (Miss Universe Peru 2025) in a national competition held last Sunday, June 15 in the historic city of Cusco. Miss Universe 2025, the 74th Miss Universe competition is set to take place on Friday, November 21 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kj忙r Theilvig from Denmark will hand over her crown to her successor at the conclusion of the event. Transgender woman Nguyen Huong Giang to represent Vietnam at Miss Universe 2025

Former Miss International Queen winner Nguyen Huong Giang has been officially announced on Wednesday, September 25 as Miss Universe Vietnam 2025. The 33-year-old model, singer and actress from Hanoi made history as the first ever transgender woman to represent Vietnam at Miss Universe. Huong Giang rose to prominence when she joined the fourth season of Vietnam Idol. She also competed and won The Amazing Race Vietnam 2014 with her ex-boyfriend Criss Lai. Former Miss Queen of Portugal Camila Vitorino was crowned Miss Universe Portugal 2025 last Saturday, June 14 in the beautiful and historic city of Elvas. The 26-year-old from S茫o Sebasti茫o, Set煤bal made history as the first married woman and mother to become Miss Universe Portugal.
