Miss Universe 2023 contestants to wear Clarisse Designs for opening numbers

CLARISSE DESIGNS NAMED OFFICIAL PAGEANT WEAR SPONSOR FOR 72ND MISS UNIVERSE


The Miss Universe Organization (MUO) has announced a new partnership with Clarisse Designs, naming them the official pageant wear sponsor for the 72nd Miss Universe pageant.

Clarisse Designs, a leading name in the world of women's formalwear, will provide dresses to be worn by all the contestants for the opening numbers during the preliminary and final competitions.

With a legacy of excellence and a commitment to empowering women through fashion, it will bring its unparalleled designs to the global stage of beauty and grace.

"Our 'Beautifully Confident' tagline aligns perfectly with Clarisse Designs' mission to ensure that every woman feels beautiful and confident on her big day, whatever that day may entail," said Paula Shugart, MUO President.

Miss Universe 2023 will take place in El Salvador on November 18. The competition, including its live performances, will be streamed on The Roku Channel and broadcast by Telemundo within the United States.

Other performers, hosts, backstage correspondents, and the selection committee will be announced shortly.

Alejandra Rodríguez was crowned Miss Universe Buenos Aires 2024 in a competition held on Sunday, April 21 at Corregidor Hotel in La Plata. The 60-year-old lawyer and journalist bested more than 30 other contestants to win the title. She will now prepare to represent Buenos Aires at Miss Universe Argentina 2024. Celinee Santos Frias was crowned Miss Universe Dominican Republic 2024 during the Miss Republica Dominicana 2024 final competition held on Sunday, May 5 at Centro de Convenciones Sambil in Santo Domingo. The 24-year-old model and actress, representing Distrito Nacional, will now represent the Dominican Republic at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico later this year. Melissa Nuñez of the Dominican Community in the USA was named first runner-up while Haidy Cruz of Monte Cristi finished as the second runner-up. Miss USA 2023 Noelia Voigt officially announced her shocking resignation as titleholder in a post on social media on Monday, May 6.s "I realize this may come as a large shock to many. Samantha Poole bested 11 other finalists to be crowned Miss New Zealand 2024 (Miss International New Zealand 2024) on Sunday, May 5 at Bruce Mason Centre in Takapuna Beach. Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios received a grand welcome motorcade on Sunday, May 5 at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Complex in Pasay City. The beauty queen from Nicaragua arrived in the Philippines on May 1 as part of her Asia Tour and as a special guest of the Miss Universe Philippines organization. Pia Theissen was crowned Miss Universe Germany 2024 on Sunday, April 28 at Living Hotel de Medici in Düsseldorf. The 25-year-old social worker, occupational therapist and yoga teacher from Cologne will now prepare to represent Germany at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico later this year. Annabelle Keller and Ilke Filiz were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Angelina Matic, Jennifer Monreal, and Tatjana Genrich rounded out the Top 6 finalists.
