Alejandra Rodríguez, 60, crowned Miss Universe Buenos Aires 2024


Alejandra Rodríguez was crowned Miss Universe Buenos Aires 2024 in a competition held on Sunday, April 21 at Corregidor Hotel in La Plata.

The 60-year-old lawyer and journalist bested more than 30 other contestants to win the title. She will now prepare to represent Buenos Aires at Miss Universe Argentina 2024.

To recall, the Miss Universe Organization removed the age limit requirement last year so now anyone from the age of 18 can join the pageant and this applies to all its national franchises.

The grand final for this year's Miss Universe Argentina will be held on May 25 and the winner will go to Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico later this year.

Miss Universe Croatia 2026 is Antea Mršić from Zagreb

Antea Mršić edged out 14 other contestants to win Miss Universe Croatia 2026 on Monday, May 25 at Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb. The 24-year-old sports management graduate from Zagreb will now prepare to represent Croatia at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this November. Monika Vojvodić was named first runner-up while Laura Vujica, Magdalena Fofić and Beata Šimat were the second, third and fourth runners-up, respectively. "I am endlessly grateful for every single person who believed in me," the new Miss Universe Croatia shared online. Miss Centre, Amira Afli, was crowned Miss Tunisia 2023 in a glittering competition held on Saturday, February 11 at Le Pavillon Gammarth in La Marsa. The 22-year-old beauty from Kairouan is a medical student at Monastir's Faculty of Medicine and an advocate of first-aid training for the youth. Kanteera "Namphueng" Techaphattanakul was proclaimed Miss World Thailand 2026 on Sunday, May 10 at MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Bangkok.
