Miss Philippines Earth 2024: Meet the winners of the talent competition


The Miss Philippines Earth 2024 talent competition was held on Sunday, May 5 at Northern Highlands Resort in Buru-un, Iligan City.

Hosted by former Miss Earth Karla Henry and Mister Continental International Tourism 2018 Erik Karcher, the event showcased the incredible talents of this year's contestants.

Kristel Anne Codas of Iligan City bagged the gold medal while the beauties from Baungon, Bukidnon, Chaoncy Rich Azucena, and Davao City, Reca Mae Abueva were awarded the silver and bronze, respectively.

The much-awaited Miss Philippines Earth 2024 grand coronation will be held this Saturday, May 11 in Talakag, Bukidnon.

Yllana Marie Aduana's successor will represent the Philippines at Miss Earth 2024 later this year.

72nd Miss World heats up with contestants' arrival in Telangana, India

Miss World 2025, the 72nd Miss World competition has officially begun in Telengana, India with the arrival of over 100 contestants vying for the highly coveted title. The beauties were checked into their official residence hotel, the Trident Hotel Hyderabad, and have been rehearsing for the opening ceremony this coming Saturday, May 10 at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium. According to the Miss World organization, the upcoming ceremony "promises to be a vibrant display of traditional Telangana folk and tribal dance performances, beautifully choreographed in a parade-style theme that will highlight the rich cultural heritage of the region." Anne Baldridge was crowned Miss Maine USA 2024 in a glittering state competition held on March 10 at Boston Marriott Burlington in Burlington, Maine. The 25-year-old TV news reporter representing Casco Bay bested 11 other contestants to win the state title. She succeeds last year's winner Juliana Morehouse Locklear. Anne holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Louisville and a master's in journalism from Ball State University. Shelby Ann Howell of the United States of America was crowned Miss CosmoWorld 2023 in a glittering competition held on Wednesday, November 29 at The St. Regis Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The 23-year-old model and real estate agent bested more than 20 other competitors to win the international pageant. She succeeded last year's winner from the Philippines, Meiji Aculana Cruz . The Miss Czech Republic 2025 national final took place on Saturday, May 3 at the Forum Karlín in Prague. Ten finalists competed the crowns at stake. Linda Górecká clinched the title of Miss World Czech Republic 2025 and is expected to represent her country at the 73rd Miss World.
