Miss Philippines Earth 2024: Meet the winners of the talent competition


The Miss Philippines Earth 2024 talent competition was held on Sunday, May 5 at Northern Highlands Resort in Buru-un, Iligan City.

Hosted by former Miss Earth Karla Henry and Mister Continental International Tourism 2018 Erik Karcher, the event showcased the incredible talents of this year's contestants.

Kristel Anne Codas of Iligan City bagged the gold medal while the beauties from Baungon, Bukidnon, Chaoncy Rich Azucena, and Davao City, Reca Mae Abueva were awarded the silver and bronze, respectively.

The much-awaited Miss Philippines Earth 2024 grand coronation will be held this Saturday, May 11 in Talakag, Bukidnon.

Yllana Marie Aduana's successor will represent the Philippines at Miss Earth 2024 later this year.

Russia's Varvara Yakovenko wins Miss Intercontinental 2025

Varvara Yakovenko beat over 50 other contestants to win Miss Intercontinental 2025 on Thursday, January 29 at V Hotel Sahl Hasheesh in Egypt. The 18-year-old model became the fourth woman from Russia to hold the international beauty title. She succeeds last year's winner María Cepero from Puerto Rico. Lorena Suárez Lara from Cuba was named first runner-up while Vanessa Natcha Wenk of Thailand and Faidha Kassim Kivuyo of Tanzania were the second and third runners-up, respectively. The rest of the Top 7 were Christina Vanhefflin of the Philippines (fourth runner-up), Kika Marques Das Neves of Ecuador (fifth runner-up), and  Brilliant Mukanda Maroko of Kenya (sixth runner-up). Miss World Guatemala 2024 is Jeymi Escobedo

Jeymi Escobedo was crowned Miss World Guatemala 2024 during the glittering Miss Guatemala 2024 final on Wednesday, May 1 at Teatro Dick Smith in Guatemala City. The 18-year-old, representing the department of Suchitepéquez, succeeds  Marcela Miranda and will now prepare to represent Guatemala at the 72nd Miss World. Also crowned during the event were the representatives of the country for Miss International 2024, Miss Grand International 2024, and Reina Hispanoamericana 2024. The title Miss International Guatemala 2024 went to Helen Morales while Cristina Gonzalo and Elizabeth Blanco were the Miss Grand Guatemala 2024 and Reina Hispanoamericana 2024, respectively. Reina Hispanoamericana 2026 is Kimberly de Boer from Curacao

Kimberly de Boer of Curacao beat 27 other contestants to win Reina Hispanoamericana 2026 on Saturday, February 21 in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The 21-year-old artist and painter from Willemstad became the second woman from Curacao to hold the title next to Evalina Van Putten (2011). Marta Isabel Otero of Colombia placed second (Virreina Hispanoamericana 2026) while Criselys Garcia of the Dominican Republic and Melissa Payró of Mexico were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Former Miss Earth USA Bea Millan-Windorski joins Miss Universe Philippines 2026

Filipino-American Bea Millan-Windorski has recently been appointed as the official representative for the province of La Union at Miss Universe Philippines 2026. At just 24 years old, she is well-acquainted with the world of pageantry, having participated in Miss Earth USA 2024 in Orlando, Florida, where she clinched the title while representing Wisconsin. This achievement made her the first Filipino-American to secure a national title. As Miss Earth USA, she went on to compete in Miss Earth 2024 in the Philippines, where she impressively placed in the Top 4 out of 76 contestants, earning the title of Miss Earth Water. New show format for Miss Universe 2024, important details announced

The Miss Universe Organization (MUO) held a press conference on September 4 in Mexico to announce important details of the upcoming 73rd Miss Universe pageant. This year's historic edition, to be held at Arena CDMX in Mexico City on November 16, will introduce a new show format. From around 130 contestants, only 30 will be announced as semifinalists, followed by the Top 12, Top 5, and the winner. The Top 30 will include four continental queens and one fan vote winner. The contestants are expected to arrive in Mexico during the last week of October and will be staying at their luxurious official residence, the Presidente InterContinental. They also will be touring various destinations around the country as part of their hectic schedule of events and activities. Anna Blanco Flores from Venezuela beat over 30 other contestant to win Miss Charm 2025 on Friday, December 12 in Ho Chi Minh City. The 25-year-old singer-songwriter and model was crowned by her predecessor Rashmita Rasindran from Malaysia. She became the first Venezuelan woman to hold the international beauty title.
