Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Top 5 for runway challenge announced


The Top 5 finalists for the runway challenge of the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 pageant have been officially announced.

They are Matea Mahal Smith of Florida, Alexie Brooks of Iloilo City, Angel Rose Tambal of Leyte, Maria Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province, and Stephanie Faye Gerona of Quirino.

The same with the swimsuit and interview challenge, the Top 5 wearing Jojo Bragais shoes for the runway were determined entirely by fan votes.

One of the beauties will be the winner and automatically earn a spot in the finals on May 22 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

This year's Miss Universe Philippines and Michelle Dee's successor will represent the country at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico this November.

Miss Universe Czech Republic 2025 is Michaela Tomanová

Michaela Tomanová was crowned Miss Universe Czech Republic 2025 (Miss Universe Czechia) on Wednesday, June 25 at Chateau de Frontiere in Hlohovec. The 27-year-old mother, model and scientist from Prague will represent the Czech Republic at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this November. Completing the Top 4 finalists were Eva Brožková, Petra Šafránková, and Sarah Duong Vu Thi Thuy. The new Miss Universe Czech Republic became the first national winner under the directorship of fashion designer Sam Dolce. France's Swann Lavigne wins Mister Supranational 2025

Pastry chef and model Swann Lavigne from France was proclaimed Mister Supranational 2025 on Saturday, June 28 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. The 25-year-old bested 37 other contestants to win the international male pageant. He succeeds last year's winner Fezile Mkhize from South Africa. Zuemerik Veeris of Curacao, Mauricio Calvo of Mexico, Michael Mazi of Nigeria and Kenneth Vincent Cabungcal of the Philippines were named the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Lebanon 2024 first runner-up Sarah Leena Boujaoude has recently been officially appointed as Miss Universe Lebanon 2025. The 20-year-old fashion model and a finance student at the American University of Beirut will represent Lebanon at Miss Universe 2025. Lao-Kiwi Abbigail Sturgin was crowned Miss Universe New Zealand 2025 on Tuesday, June 24 at the SkyCity Theatre in Auckland. Isabella Zabaneh was crowned Miss Universe Belize 2025 in a national competition held Saturday, June 28 at Belize City Civic Center. The 21-year-old beauty succeeds last year's winner Halima Hoy and will now prepare to represent Belize at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Monisha Hyde and Hope Panton were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. The rest of the finalists were Imani Jex and Libny Rodriguez. Fatima Koné was crowned Miss Côte d'Ivoire 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, June 28 in Abidjan. The 23-year-old beauty, representing the region on Hambol, edged out 29 other contestants to win the coveted national title. Diane Gouano of N'Zi and Marie-Axelle Gbogou of Folon were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. The Comité Miss Cote d'Ivoire (COMICI) has yet to announce which international pageant the new Miss Côte d'Ivoire will participate in. Miss World Hungary 2025 is Janka Végvári

Janka Végvári from Mosonmagyaróvár beat 15 other finalists to be crowned Miss World Hungary 2025 in a spectacular show on Sunday, June 22 in Budapest. The 17-year-old high school student succeeds last year's winner Andrea Katzenbach and is expected to represent Hungary at the 73rd Miss World.
