Miss World Trinidad and Tobago 2024 is Anna-Lise Nanton


Miss Pax Vale, Anna-Lise Nanton was crowned Miss World Trinidad and Tobago 2024 on Sunday, June 23 at the National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA) - Lord Kitchener Auditorium in Port of Spain.

The 26-year-old geotechnical engineer and athlete from Santa Cruz is now expected to represent Trinidad and Tobago at the 72nd Miss World festival.

Miss Aranguez, Prishni Rampersadsingh, and Miss Toco, Hannah Roberts, were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively.

The new Miss World Trinidad and Tobago succeeds Aché Abrahams who placed in the Top 4 and was awarded the title Miss World Caribbean at the 71st Miss World last March in Mumbai, India.

Miss World 2026 is Joheirry Mola from the Dominican Republic

Joheirry Mola Dominguez from the Dominican Republic bested 110 other contestants to win Miss World 2026 on Saturday, September in Nha Trang, Vietnam. The 24-year-old model, teacher, news correspondent and advocate received the coveted crown and sash from her predecessor Opal Suchata Chuangsri from Thailand. She became the second woman from the Dominican Republic to become Miss World next to Mariasela Álvarez who won in 1982. Elisabeth Reynés of Spain and Taanusiya Chetty of Malaysia were announced the second and third placers, respectively. Caitlin Worthington was declared the winner of Miss Universe Australia 2026 at the national final on Wednesday, August 26, held at the Crown Melbourne. The 28-year-old radiographer and model from Brisbane succeeds her predecessor Lexie Brant. She will represent Australia at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this November. Giada Folcia bested 20 other contestants to win Miss Universe Italy 2026 last Sunday, August 30 at Villa Cafiero a San Ferdinando di Puglia. Miss World 2026: Meet the continental winners of the Head-to-Head Challenge

The Head-to-Head Challenge for Miss World 2026 took place on August 22 and 24 at the Khanh Hoa Children's Palace in Nha Trang, Vietnam. During the event, all contestants presented themselves and shared speeches about their initiatives. From each continental group, five contestants were selected to move on to the second round, where four continental winners were determined. The continental winners were Romanda Hombir from South Africa, Georgia-Lee Gill from Trinidad and Tobago, Asia Rose Simpson from the Philippines, and Julia Kühnle from Germany. By winning their respective continental groups, they have already earned their spots in the Top 40. Based on their answers during the final round, one of them will be declared the overall challenge winner and will automatically progress to the Top 20.
