Miss Earth 2024 final date and venue officially announced


The Miss Earth organization officially announced the Philippines on Monday, September 2 as the host country of the Miss Earth 2024 competition.

According to the organizers, this year's theme is "Heritage" and the pageant will not only showcase the breathtaking eco-tourism destinations and rich heritage of the Philippines but also feature the heritage of participating countries from around the world.

This year's competition, now on its 24th edition, will start in October and the final coronation night will be held on November 9 at Okada Manila in Parañaque City, Metro Manila.

Reigning Miss Earth Drita Ziri from Albania will crown her successor at the culmination of the event.

All events will be streamed live worldwide on Miss Earth's social media accounts. Finals will be broadcast on A2Z and the Filipino Channel, and on local and online channels of some participating countries.

Miss Belgium 2026 is Olga Lombardo from Leuven

Olga Lombardo bested over 30 other contestants to win Miss Belgium 2026 on Saturday, February 21 at Plopsaland Belgium in De Panne. The 22-year-old pharmacy student and model of Italian and Gabonese descent succeeds last year's winner Karen Jansen. Justine Tack from Ousselghem and Aicha Verheye from Ostend were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Kelly Godefroid, Catherine Choquet, and Albertina Rodrigues were respectively awarded Miss Sympathy, Miss Social Media and Miss Model. Reina Hispanoamericana 2026 is Kimberly de Boer from Curacao

Kimberly de Boer of Curacao beat 27 other contestants to win Reina Hispanoamericana 2026 on Saturday, February 21 in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The 21-year-old artist and painter from Willemstad became the second woman from Curacao to hold the title next to Evalina Van Putten (2011). Marta Isabel Otero of Colombia placed second (Virreina Hispanoamericana 2026) while Criselys Garcia of the Dominican Republic and Melissa Payró of Mexico were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. The rest of the runners-up were Tiffany González of Puerto Rico (3rd), Camila Chacón of Peru (4th), Emely Barile of Venezuela (5th), and Luz González of Nicaragua (6th). Miss Universe 2025, the 74th Miss Universe competition is set to take place on Friday, November 21 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand. Fatima Bosch was crowned Miss Universe Mexico 2025 on Saturday, September 13 at Sala Placido Domingo (Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas) in Zapopan, Jalisco. The 24-year-old designer from Teapa, Tabasco triumphed over 30 other contestants to win the coveted national title. She will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Miss Islas Baleares, Michelle Jiménez, was crowned Miss Universe Spain 2024 during the national competition held on Wednesday, September 11 in the municipality of Guía de Isora in Tenerife. Soraya Kohlmann was crowned Miss Universe Germany 2022 in a casting event held on Saturday, July 2 at Holiday Inn Hotel Düsseldorf-Neuss. The 24-year-old former Miss Germany (2017) and business owner who hails from Leipzig succeeds last year's titleholder Hannah Seifer.
