Mister Supranational 2023, the 7th edition of the Mister Supranational pageant is about to begin in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland. Over 30 gentlemen from around the world are expected to arrive in the host country to compete for the coveted international male beauty title. This year's edition welcomes the exciting return of Canada, Equatorial Guinea, India, Sierra Leone, Slovakia, and South Africa. Among the new countries joining for the first time consist of Cameroon, Ghana, Guatemala, Malaysia, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe. Trinidad and Tobago's designated representatives for the Miss and Mister Supranational 2023 competitions have been officially proclaimed in an event held at Naparima Bowl in San Fernando. Crowned and sashed Miss Supranational Trinidad and Tobago 2023 is 28-year-old Candiesha Joseph from Gasparillo. She holds a degree in international relations and works as a reservations sales agent for an airline company. The title of Mister Supranational Trinidad and Tobago 2023 was awarded to Keathon Yallery, a 28-year-old actuarial science graduate currently working as a strategic and corporate intelligence specialist for the Ministry of Digital Transformation. The 14th Miss Supranational (Miss Supranational 2023) will be held on July 14 while the 7th Mister Supranational (Mister Supranational 2023) pageant is on July 15 in  Nowy Sącz, Poland. The new Mister and Miss Supranational Cuba titleholders were officially announced last Sunday, May 28 at Cuz Miami in Doral, Florida. Former Miss Intercontinental USA and Miss Intercontinental 2019 first runner-up, Monica Aguilar, was appointed as Miss Supranational Cuba 2023. The 24-year-old biology student from Camagüey succeeds Liz Rodriguez and will represent Cuba at Miss Supranational 2023 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland on July 14. Richard Acosta, a 27-year-old banker and personal trainer from Havana was named Mister Supranational Cuba 2023 and will compete in Mister Supranational 2023 at the same venue in Małopolska on July 15. Jalisco's Luis Carlos Garcia Cuadra was named Mister Supranational Mexico 2023 on Saturday, May 27 at Teatro Clavijero in Veracruz. The 30-year-old model, dentist, and sports enthusiast succeeded last year's titleholder and Mister Supranational 2022 third runner-up, Moises Peñaloza. Jonathan Hurtado of Coahuila and Mauricio Cuevas Arouesty of Yucatan were the runners-up while Brian Avelar of Chiapas and Felipe Lopez of Nuevo Leon rounded out the Top 5 finalists. Jan Carrasco was proclaimed Mister Supranational Dominican Republic 2023 on Saturday, April 22 at the Auditorio Patrick N. Hughson in Santo Domingo. The 29-year-old actor and photographer representing Santiago bested 14 other competitors to win the national competition. He succeeded Lewis Echavarria and will now prepare for Mister Supranational 2023 to be held in Poland this July. Beauty pageant enthusiast and content creator Luis Portelles was officially announced on Saturday, April 16 as Mister Supranational Canada 2023. The 28-year-old well-known YouTuber based in Montreal, Quebec hails from Holguin, Cuba, and is a graduate of the Université de Montréal with a degree in communication sciences. "After years of being a devoted pageant fan and watching from the sidelines, I am grateful for the chance to finally take the stage and showcase my beautiful country," he wrote in a statement on social media. "It is an incredible honor to wear the Canada sash and represent a country that has given me so much. I am excited to bring my best to the competition," he added.
