Catriona Gray stuns in Michael Cinco Couture Fall-Winter 2022 creations in Dubai


Former Miss Universe Catriona Gray looked stunning in Michael Cinco Couture creations in a photoshoot that took place at Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai.

Catriona posed against the backdrop of the city's skyscrapers (including Burj Khalifa) while wearing the fall-winter 2022 collection of the Dubai-based renowned Filipino fashion designer.

The Filipino-Australian beauty known for her slow-mo turn and lava walk during the Miss Universe 2018 competition in Bangkok, Thailand, is the fourth woman from the Philippines to win the Miss Universe title.

In a recent post on social media, Catriona commemorated her victory in a "3 years crown-versary" tribute.

"Crazy to think that 3 years ago today my dreams came true. And I'm infinitely proud to have represented and brought pride to my country. To celebrate I'm sharing never seen before snaps from my MU journey," she wrote.

"The years since my reign ended (Dec 2019) have been a rollercoaster. And I know I'm not alone in feeling like I've lost time. Time with loved ones - lost. Plans have been canceled. Dreams delayed. Collectively, we have faced adversities and challenges. But I want to encourage you. Behind every hindrance is an opportunity. Behind every closed door, is one that is set aside, just for you, waiting to be opened. Behind every perceived denial, is a redirection," she added. 

"In God's perfect time, dreams come true. Please, just never, ever give up in the pursuit of your purpose."

Miss Earth USA 2026 is Gia Soleil Espinoza from Texas

Gia Soleil Espinoza of Texas was crowned Miss Earth USA 2026 in a national competition held on Saturday, January 3 at Rosen Centre in Orlando, Florida. The 20-year-old criminal justice major and third-generation business owner from El Paso succeeds last year's winner Haley Poe. She will represent the USA at Miss Earth 2026 later this year. April Rodriguez of Lone Star State was named Miss Earth USA Air, while Angel Marie Strong of West Coast, Alanna Lynch of West Virginia, and Autumn Fisher of Kentucky were announced Miss Earth USA Water, Fire, and Eco, respectively. Meet the winners of Miss Turkey 2025

The glittering Miss Turkey 2025 national competition was held last December 19 at the Lazzoni Hotel in Istanbul. A total of 20 stunning finalists were chosen to compete for the national titles that were at stake — Miss Turkey World and Miss Turkey Supranational. Sıla Saraydemir, a 22-year-old student, was crowned Miss Turkey World 2025. She is expected to represent Turkey at the 73rd Miss World competition whose date and venue have yet to be announced. Clara Vegas triumphed over 21 other contestants to win the title of Miss Universe Venezuela 2025 on Thursday, December 4 in Caracas. The 23-year-old model and actress from Miranda will represent Venezuela at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant to be held in Puerto Rico. Maria Evangelista Alayon of Amazonas was named first runner-up while Milena Paola Soto of Mérida, Gabriela de la Cruz of Yaracuy, and Gabriela Villegas of Monagas were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Mística Nuñez, representing Falcón, was crowned Miss Venezuela World 2025 in a national competition held at the Studio 1 of Venevisión on Wednesday, November 12 in Caracas. The 24-year-old pharmacist and medical student succeeds last year's titleholder Valeria Cannavò and will represent Venezuela at the Miss World 2026 competition. Daumier Corilla of the Philippines was proclaimed Mister Global 2024 on Sunday, October 6 at MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi in Bangkok, Thailand. The 28-year-old model, actor, and host bested over 30 other contestants to become the first-ever Filipino winner of the international male pageant. Nariman Battikha, representing Monagas, beat over 30 other contestants to win Miss Grand Venezuela 2025 on Saturday, August 30 at Wynwood Park, Valencia. The 30-year-old coach, speaker and entrepreneur will represent Venezuela at Miss Grand International 2025 in Thailand this October. She succeeds last year's titleholder Anna Blanco. No stranger to pageantry, Nary represented the state of Portuguesa at Miss Venezuela 2017 and finished in the Top 10. She was also crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2018 in Bolivia and made the Top 10 at Miss Supranational 2018 in Poland. The new Miss Grand Venezuela was born in Maturin, Monagas to a Syrian family. Former Miss Queen of Portugal Camila Vitorino was crowned Miss Universe Portugal 2025 last Saturday, June 14 in the beautiful and historic city of Elvas. The 26-year-old from São Sebastião, Setúbal made history as the first married woman and mother to become Miss Universe Portugal. Laura Malaquias, Diliana Fernandes, and Ivone Carneiro were announced as the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively. Last year's winner Andreia Correia passed on her crown to her successor at the end of the event.
