Miss World Philippines 2022 Sports Challenge Top 5 finalists announced

The Miss World Philippines 2022 Sports Challenge Competition took place last Friday, May 13 at Timberland Highlands Resort in San Mateo, Rizal.

Angela Teng (Baliwag, Bulacan), Shaina Rose Ico (Batangas), Cassandra Bermeo Chan (San Juan), Alison Black (Las Piñas), and Maria Gigante (Cebu) were announced as the Top 5 finalists.


The winner of the Sports Challenge will be announced during the Miss World Philippines 2022 coronation night on June 5 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Miss Universe Paraguay 2026 is Gretha Matiauda

Former Miss Earth Paraguay Gretha Matiauda has recently been appointed as her country's official representative in the Miss Universe 2026 pageant. Phan Phuong Oanh was proclaimed the winner of the Miss World Vietnam 2025 pageant held on Sunday, March 29 in Ho Chi Minh City. The 23-year-old international business graduate from Hanoi bested 46 other contestants to clinch the coveted national title.
