Miss Philippines Earth 2022 is Jenny Ramp of Santa Ignacia, Tarlac


Jenny Ramp of Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, bested 20 other finalists to be crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2022 on Saturday, August 6 in Coron, Palawan.

The 19-year-old psychology student succeeds last year's winner Naelah Alshorbaji. She will represent the Philippines at the Miss Earth 2022 pageant.

Jimema Tempra of Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, Angeline Mae Santos of Trece Martires City, Erika Vina Tan of Legazpi City and Nice Lampda of Bayugan City were named Miss Philippines Air, Water, Fire and Ecotourism, respectively.

Kiara Liane Wellington of Cebu City, Jasmine Paguio of Fil-Com Toronto, Canada, Jennifer de Asis of Mandaluyong City, Micaela Legarda of Muntinlupa City, and Jarizz Borcelas of Sagay, Negros Occidental completed the Top 10.

The rest of the Top 20 are the representatives of Alabel, Sarangani, Merhyl Kit Paraluman; Balagtas, Bulacan, Trisha Van Eldik; Dipolog, Rache Santos; Fil-Com Dubai, UAE, Chrisdalyn Abrenica; Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte, Danielle Mckaye Dela Cruz; Makati, Khatrina Martinez; Manila, Justiene Ortega; Midsayap, North Cotabato, Alexandra Jean Bejarin; Pateros, Jazmine Calma; and Quezon City, Maria Lourdez de Leon.

After two virtual editions, this year's Miss Philippines Earth hybrid edition themed "ME Loves Fauna" marked the first time for the organizers to hold a physical competition since the COVID-19 pandemic started in 2020.

Miss Earth 2022 is expected to be held in the Philippines later this year. The final date and venue are yet to be announced.

Polish-American Emily Reng to represent Poland at Miss Universe 2025

Polish-American Emily Reng was officially announced by the Miss Polonia organization as Miss Universe Poland 2025 on Wednesday, October 22. The 20-year-old will now prepare to represent Poland at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this coming November. Emily is a graduate of John Hersey High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois and is currently a student at the University of South Carolina. The new Miss Universe Poland is no stranger to pageantry. Prior to competing at Miss Polonia 2024 where she finished second runner-up, she won the title of Miss Polish America 2024 in Chicago. Audrey Eckert from Nebraska bested 50 other contestants to be crowned Miss USA 2025 on Friday, October 24 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. The 23-year-old digital safety advocate and a former Husker cheerleader also bagged the Best in Swimsuit award. during the preliminary competition. She will now prepare to represent the United States of America at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this coming November. Fatima Bosch was crowned Miss Universe Mexico 2025 on Saturday, September 13 at Sala Placido Domingo (Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas) in Zapopan, Jalisco. Qhawekazi Mazaleni was crowned Miss South Africa 2025 on Saturday, October 25 in glittering event held at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria. The 24-year-old beauty from Gonubie, Eastern Cape edged out eight other finalists to win the coveted national title. She succeeded last year's winner Mia le Roux of Western Cape. Puerto Rico's national costume for the upcoming 74th Miss Universe (Miss Universe 2025) has been officially revealed on Tuesday, October 21 at the San Juan Museum.
