Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2023 is Victoria Arocho of Caguas


Miss Earth Caguas Victoria Arocho was crowned Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2023 on Sunday, January 29 at the Centro de Bellas Artes de Caguas.

The 20-year-old model representing Caguas bested 21 other competitors to win the national title. She succeeds Paulina Avilés — Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2022 and Miss Earth 2022 Top 8 finalist.

Rounding out the Top 4 were Miss Earth Rincón Nashaly Muñiz, Miss Earth Fajardo Ashley Melendez, and Miss Earth Cayey Jaimar Cruz. They were named Miss Earth Air, Water, and Fire, respectively.

Miss Earth Camuy Lizmarie Rodríguez and Miss Earth Guaynabo Monika Zayas completed the Top 6 finalists.

The representatives of Bayamón, María Amador; Isabela, Andrea Arteaga; Loíza, Alondra Martínez; Manatí, Monique Alarcón; Ponce, Cynthia Goenaga; and Villalba, Jovanska Santiago were the rest of the Top 12 semifinalists.

Puerto Rico has won the Miss Earth pageant once with Nellys Pimentel in 2019.

The new Miss Earth Puerto Rico will now prepare to represent Puerto Rico at Miss Earth 2023 which is expected to be held in Vietnam later this year.

Miss Universe Netherlands 2025 is Nathalie Yasmin Mogbelzada

Nathalie Yasmin Mogbelzada, representing Noord-Holland, was proclaimed the winner of Miss Universe Netherlands 2025 on Saturday, July 5 at Studio 21 in Hilversum. The 28-year-old beauty from Amsterdam was crowned by her predecessor  Faith Landman and will now prepare to represent the Netherlands at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Jaelin Amaris Ramadhin of Zuid-Holland was named first runner-up while Milenka Janssen of Midden-Holland, Shashinduska Nazir of Dutch Caribbean, and anne Koerhuis of Overijssel were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Lao-Kiwi Abbigail Sturgin was crowned Miss Universe New Zealand 2025 on Tuesday, June 24 at the SkyCity Theatre in Auckland. The 28-year-old police officer succeeds last year's winner Victoria Velasquez Vincent and will represent New Zealand at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Camille Sabina Thomas was proclaimed the winner of Miss Universe Curacao 2025 last June 7 at the Sandals Royal Resort in Santa Barbara. The 21-year-old beauty succeeds last year's winner Halima Hoy and will now prepare to represent Belize at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. The 25-year-old bested 37 other contestants to win the international male pageant. He succeeds last year's winner Fezile Mkhize from South Africa.
