Miss Grand International 2023: Grand Voice Award Top 5 announced


The Grand Voice Award (singing competition) semifinal round of the Miss Grand International 2023 pageant was held on Tuesday, October 17 at KOBI Onsen Resort Hue in Vietnam.

From the Top 18, only five contestants have been announced to move on to the final show round happening this Sunday, October 22 during the preliminary competition.

Miss Universe Mexico 2025 is Fatima Bosch of Tabasco

Fatima Bosch was crowned Miss Universe Mexico 2025 on Saturday, September 13 at Sala Placido Domingo (Conjunto Santander de Artes EscĆ©nicas) in Zapopan, Jalisco. The 24-year-old designer from Teapa, Tabasco triumphed over 30 other contestants to win the coveted national title. She will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Fernanda VĆ”zquez of Nuevo LeĆ³n was named first runner-up while Yoana GutiĆ©rrez of Jalisco, Ana RamĆ­rez of Nayarit, and Alejandra DĆ­az de LeĆ³n of San Luis PotosĆ­ were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Universe Spain 2024 is Michelle JimƩnez from Balearic Islands

Miss Islas Baleares, Michelle JimƩnez, was crowned Miss Universe Spain 2024 during the national competition held on Wednesday, September 11 in the municipality of Guƭa de Isora in Tenerife. The 21-year-old model triumphed over 16 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent Spain at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November. Paula PƩrez of Comunidad Valenciana and Ana Rosa Rodrƭguez of Andalucƭa were named the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Lara Doval of CataluƱa and Dori Rodrƭguez of Navarra were the rest of the Top 5 finalists. Karla Bacigalupo was crowned Miss Peru 2025 (Miss Universe Peru 2025) in a national competition held last Sunday, June 15 in the historic city of Cusco. The 33-year-old actress and producer will now prepare to represent Peru at Miss Universe 2025 to be held in Thailand this November. Former Reina Hispanoamerican Maricielo Gamarra was announced as first runner-up while former Top Model of the World Janet Leyva finished as the second runner-up. Miss Universe 2025, the 74th Miss Universe competition is set to take place on Friday, November 21 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria KjƦr Theilvig from Denmark will hand over her crown to her successor at the conclusion of the event. This year's much-talked-about edition marked Thailand's fourth time hosting the prestigious beauty pageant after 1992, 2005, and 2018. The 22-year-old pharmacy student and model of Italian and Gabonese descent succeeds last year's winner Karen Jansen. Justine Tack from Ousselghem and Aicha Verheye from Ostend were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Danielle Latimer beat over 30 other contestants to win Miss Universe Great Britain 2025 on Saturday, July 26 at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, Wales. The 36-year-old entrepreneur, stylist and photographer will represent Great Britain at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Miss Universe 2026 host country and venue officially announced

The Miss Universe Organization has officially confirmed that Puerto Rico will be the host country for the Miss Universe 2026 pageant. Puerto Rican politician Jenniffer GonzĆ”lez ColĆ³n also made an announcement in a conference held on Tuesday, September 23 in San Juan. The 75th Miss Universe edition will be held in November 2026 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico JosĆ© Miguel Agrelot, the largest indoor entertainment and sports arena in Puerto Rico. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria KjƦr Theilvig from Denmark was present at the conference alongside former winners from Puerto Rico — Deborah Carthy-Deu (1985), Dayanara Torres (1993), Denise QuiƱones (2001), and Zuleyka Rivera (2006).
