Miss Universe Philippines 2025 is Maria Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province
The 27-year-old from Candelaria bested 65 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent the Philippines at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November.
No stranger to pageantry, Ahtisa is a former Binibining Pilipinas International titleholder who went on to place first runner-up at the Miss International 2018 competition in Japan.
She eventually joined Miss Universe Philippines 2024 and finished second runner-up. The national organization then awarded her the title of Miss Cosmo Philippines.
In October last year, she was sent to compete in the inaugural edition of the Miss Cosmo pageant in Vietnam where she made the Top 10.
The new Miss Universe Philippines succeeds last year's winner and reigning Miss Universe Asia Chelsea Manalo from Meycauayan, Bulacan.
Chelsea Fernandez of Sultan Kudarat, Katrina Llegado of Taguig, and Gabriella Mai Carballo of Cebu were awarded the titles Miss Cosmo Philippines, Miss Supranational Philippines and Miss Eco Philippines, respectedly.
They are expected to represent their country at Miss Cosmo 2025, Miss Supranational 2026 and Miss Eco International 2026 overseas.
Teresita Ssen Marquez of Muntinlupa was named first runner-up while Yllana Marie Aduana of Siniloan, Laguna finished as the second runner-up.
