Miss Philippines Earth 2025 is Joy Barcoma of Bacoor City


Joy Barcoma was hailed the winner of Miss Philippines Earth 2025 on Sunday, August 10 at the 5-star Okada Manila hotel in Parañaque City.

The 26-year-old host and consultant representing Bacoor City was crowned by her predecessor Irha Mel Alfeche of Matanao, Davao del Sur, who made the Top 12 at Miss Earth 2024 last November.

Liz Mabao of Antipolo City was named Miss Philippines Air while Angel Rose Tambal of La Paz (Leyte), Jaymie Strickland of Tallahassee (Florida, USA), and Kriezl Jane Torres of Talakag (Bukidnon) clinched the Miss Philippines Water, Fire, and Eco Tourism, respectively.

The newly crowned Miss Philippines Earth became the 25th winner of the annual national competition. She will represent her country at Miss Earth 2025, the silver anniversary edition of the Miss Earth pageant, whose date and venue are yet to be announced.

Joy is a graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in broadcasting. She is a passionate ambassador of LoveYourself, Inc. and is an advocate for mental health.

No stranger to pageantry, she has joined the Miss World Philippines 2021 pageant representing Mandaluyong and made the Top 24. She also bagged the Beauty With A Purpose award.
