Official send-off for Miss Intercontinental, Globe, and Grand Philippines 2022


Three of this year's Binibining Pilipinas (Miss Philippines) titleholders will have an official send-off party this Monday, September 19 in Araneta City.

Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental Gabriella Basiano, Binibining Pilipinas Globe Chelsea Fernandez, and Binibining Pilipinas Grand International Roberta Tamondong will soon depart for their international competitions this October.

Gabriella and Chelsea will respectively compete for back-to-back wins at Miss Intercontinental 2022 in Egypt (October 14) and The Miss Globe 2022 in Albania (October 15) while Roberta will try to make history at Miss Grand International 2022 in Indonesia (October 25).

Their upcoming send-off will stream live at 3 p.m. (local time) on the Binibining Pilipinas official Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Miss Monroe County, Kaylee Brooke McCollum, was crowned Miss Mississippi USA 2024 during the state competition held on Saturday, April 6 at Pearl River Resort in Choctaw. The 22-year-old registered nurse succeeds last year's winner Sydney Russell and will now prepare to represent Mississippi at Miss USA 2024 in California this August. Ten women have been selected for the opportunity to compete for the national title currently held by last year's winner Melissa Ingraham . From 60 beauties who participated during the casting day, only 16 will now move on as finalists for Miss Universe Netherlands 2024. The selection event and official announcement of the Top 16 finalists took place on Saturday, April 13 at Studio 21 in Hilversum. Previously held by Monica van Ee of the Miss Nederland organization, the license for Miss Universe Netherlands has been taken over this year by Milou Verhoeks of the Miss Beauty of the Netherlands. Mariana Downing was crowned Miss República Dominicana Universo 2023 (Miss Universe Dominican Republic 2023) during the Miss República Dominicana 2023 grand final held on Sunday, September 3 at Centro de Convenciones Sambil in Santo Domingo. The 22nd edition of the Manhunt International Male Supermodel World Final will be held on May 26, 2024 in Ayutthaya, Thailand. Located in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, Ayutthaya was the capital of the Kingdom of Siam. The ruins of the old city now form the Ayutthaya Historical Park, an archaeological site that contains palaces, Buddhist temples, monasteries, and statues.
