Mutya ng Pilipinas 2022 is Iona Gibbs of Bataan


Iona Gibbs bested 39 other competitors to win Mutya ng Pilipinas 2022 (Jewel of the Philippines) in a glittering final show held on Sunday, December 4 at the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.

The 18-year-old Filipino-Canadian singer-songwriter and model representing Bataan also bagged the Best in Long Gown award. She was crowned by her predecessor Mutya ng Pilipinas 2019 Klyza Castro and is now expected to represent the Philippines at the next Miss Asia Pacific International pageant.

Northern California's Arianna Kyla Padrid was named Mutya ng Pilipinas - World Top Model, Camarines Sur's Jeanette Reyes clinched the title Mutya ng Pilipinas - Tourism International, and California's Jesi Mae Cruz was awarded the Mutya ng Pilipinas - Overseas Communities.

Shannon Robinson of Makati City, Megan Deen Campbell of Lapu-Lapu City, and Marcelyn Bautista of Tarlac City rounded out the Top 7 and were announced as Mutya ng Pilipinas - Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, respectively.

This year's competition was the 52nd edition of the Mutya ng Pilipinas pageant and was held after a 2-year break due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mister International 2023 is Kim Goodburn of Thailand

Kim Thitisan Goodburn bested 35 other competitors to win Mister International 2023 on Sunday, September 17 at the Crystal Design Center Ballroom (CDC) in Bangkok, Thailand. The 24-year-old Thai-British model and actor from Thailand also bagged the Best in National Costume award. He succeeds last year's winner Manu Franco from the Dominican Republic. William Badell of Venezuela and Edward Taiye Ogunniya of Brazil were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Lucas Schlachter of France and Shashwat Dwivedi of India rounded out the Top 5 finalists. Miss Universe Singapore 2023 is Priyanka Annuncia

Priyanka Annuncia was crowned Miss Universe Singapore 2023 in an Amber Lounge event held on Saturday, September 16 at Millenia Walk, Singapore. The 26-year-old entrepreneur and personal trainer who just recently completed a double major in law and criminology will now prepare to represent Singapore at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador this November. Seven beauties were selected to take part in this year's national final of Miss Universe Singapore which was organized for the first time by the new license holder, the Pink Tank Events. Mr Lebanon 2023 is Seif Al Walid Harb

Seif Al Walid Harb was proclaimed Mr Lebanon 2023 during the broadcast of the national competition on Sunday, October 9 on MTV Lebanon. The 23-year-old fitness trainer beat 17 other young men from various Lebanese regions to win the title. He succeeds last year's winner Hady Fakhereldine and is now expected to represent his country at the Mr World pageant. Ahmad Arzouni was announced as the first runner-up while Mohammad Abyad, Anwar Shibli, and Fares Nasereldine finished as second, third and fourth runners-up, respectively. Completing the Top 6 and awarded Mr Personality was Jeremy Melkonian, an inspirational competitor who lost a leg in a traffic accident a few years ago. Mostafa Dabbous was named Mr Photogenic. Dane County representative Alexis Loomans was crowned Miss Wisconsin USA 2023 during the state final held on Sunday, May 7 at the Fond du Lac Performing Arts Center. The 21-year-old native of Waunakee is an ambassador for Jovani Fashions and currently pursuing a degree in political science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Not new to pageantry, Alexis is a former Miss Wisconsin Teen USA titleholder. She now succeeded last year's winner Hollis Brown and will now prepare to represent Wisconsin at Miss USA 2023 in Reno, Nevada this fall. Miranda Fenzau, Jady Flury, Jessica Hammer, and Jamie Walloch were announced as the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Universe Myanmar 2023 is Amara Bo

Amara Bo was crowned Miss Universe Myanmar 2023 in the national competition held on Thursday, September 14 at the Novotel Yangon Max Hotel. The 26-year-old model representing Kengtung beat over 30 other competitors to win the title on her second try. She was in the Top 10 during last year's edition. Dee of Mawlamyine was named first runner-up while Khaymar Budathoki of Bhamo, Nang Nandar Linn of Tachileik, No No May of Pathein, and Thin Sandar Pyae Thiha Aung of Pyin Oo Lwin were the second, third, fourth, and fifth runners-up, respectively.
