Former Miss Universe Catriona Gray engaged to boyfriend Sam Milby


Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray has just announced her engagement to Filipino-American actor and musician Sam Milby.

The former beauty queen turned singer and TV personality went to social media on Thursday, February 16 to share the news. She wrote in her caption, "Living in an answered prayer with my best friend. I love you, fiancè."

Several of her Miss Universe queen sisters such as Pia Wurtzbach, Harnaaz Sandhu, Demi-Leigh Tebow, and Natalie Glebova sent their congratulatory messages and well wishes in the comment section.

The beautiful couple was first romantically linked in 2019 and went public official with their relationship in 2020.

"Our best chapter yet," Catriona captioned another post with photos of her diamond engagement ring and her future husband.

Miss Southern Plains, Diane Westhoven was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2024 during the state final on Saturday, June 1 at Auburn University's Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center. The 21-year-old student from Birmingham will now prepare to represent Alabama at Miss USA 2024 this summer in Hollywood, California. Abbie Stockard from Vestavia Hills, Alabama was crowned Miss America 2025 on Sunday, January 5 at The Walt Disney Theater of the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida. The 22-year-old nursing student and cheerleader at Auburn University beat 51 other contestants to win the national title. Amadea Zupan was crowned Miss Slovenia 2024 (Miss World Slovenia) in a national competition held on Friday, January 10 in Lendava. The 26-year-old medical student at the University of Ljubljana beat 12 other contestants to win the title. She received the crown from her predecessor Alida Tomanič. The 23-year-old qualified beach lifeguard from Newquay, Cornwall bested 39 other contestants to win the national title. The 51 state representatives have already been crowned and they will compete for the national title on January 14 at the Walt Disney Theater (Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts) in Orlando, Florida. China officially crowned two national queens for Miss Universe in one year. Two separate national events were held this year. Xinying Zhu from Anhui province was recently crowned Miss Universe China following an intense one-week competition in Zhangjiajie. The 18-year-old vocational student majoring to become a flight attendant at Suzhou Aviation Vocational College is expected to represent China at Miss Universe 2026. She was crowned by her predecessor, Xue Hou, who won the national title in Sanya last July. Xue will head to the Miss Universe 2025 pageant.
