Miss Philippines Earth 2023: Meet the 29 contestants


Miss Philippines Earth 2023, the 23rd edition of Carousel Production's national competition for the Miss Earth pageant, will be held on Saturday, April 29 in Toledo, Cebu.

The theme for this year's event dedicated to environmental protection and preservation of Mother Earth is "ME Loves 20TREE."

A total of 29 beauties for cause representing various municipalities, cities, provinces, and overseas Filipino communities have been chosen to vie for the crown.

One of them will succeed last year's winner Jenny Ramp of Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, and represent the Philippines at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam later this year.

Tonight, the inaugural edition of the Miss Cosmo pageant will take place at the Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Fifty-six contestants from around the world will be competing for the crown, 100,000 US dollars in cash, and a luxury apartment in Vietnam for one year. Miss Universe 2024: Meet the contestants

Miss Universe 2024, the 73rd Miss Universe pageant will be held on November 16 at the the Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico. The country known for its rich culture, ancient ruins, dazzling beaches, and incredible cuisine has been chosen to host the competition for the fifth time after 1978, 1989, 1993, and 2007. Daumier Corilla of the Philippines was proclaimed Mister Global 2024 on Sunday, October 6 at MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi in Bangkok, Thailand. The 28-year-old model, actor, and host bested over 30 other contestants to become the first-ever Filipino winner of the international male pageant. Valeria Vasilieva was crowned Miss Universe Estonia 2024 in a glittering national competition held on Tuesday, October 1 in Tallinn. The 22-year-old entrepreneur, actress, and designer bested 10 other finalists to win the title. She was crowned by former titleholder, Miss Universe Estonia 2012 Natalie Korneitsik. After a 23-year hiatus, Hong Kong is set to return to the Miss Universe stage this year with Miss Universe Hong Kong 2024 Joanne Rhodes. The 24-year-old art advisor and model edged out 15 other finalists to win the competition on September 26 at the Go Park Sai Sha. Aside from the crown, she also bagged the Fan Favorite and Miss Photogenic awards. Yan Kiu and Juliette Louie were named the first and second runners-up, respectively.
