Send-off party held for Miss International Philippines Hannah Arnold


Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 (Miss International Philippines) Hannah Arnold received her official send-off party for Miss International 2022 on Tuesday, November 15 at the Novotel Hotel in Araneta City, Cubao.

Over a year after winning her national title, the 26-year-old Filipino-Australian beauty will finally be heading to Tokyo, Japan for the international competition which is scheduled to be held on December 13 at the Tokyo Dome City Hall.

Her sister queens including former Miss International Lara Quigamanwere present during her send-off to share support and words of encouragement as she tries to bring home her country's 7th Miss International crown.

Wearing a beautiful Manny Halasan creation, Hannah gracefully answered questions from the members of the press. Here are some photos from the special event:

Miss Michigan USA 2024 is Alma Cooper

Miss Okemos, Alma Cooper was crowned Miss Michigan USA 2024 on Sunday, April 21 at McMorran Entertainment Center in Port Huron, Michigan. The 22-year-old scholar, advocate and US Army officer will now prepare to represent Michigan at Miss USA 2024 in Hollywood, California this August. Alma holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from the United States Military Academy at West Point. The second lieutenant officer is also a Knight-Hennessy Scholar, currently pursuing her master's degree in data science at Stanford University in California. She succeeds last year's winner, Alexis Fagan-Williams. Fashion model Sakhile Dube has been officially revealed as one of the contestants vying for Miss Universe Zimbabwe 2024. The 27-year-old fashionista, representing Bulawayo, is currently pursuing fashion design and styling studies at the Milan School of Fashion in Italy. No stranger to pageantry, Sakhile previously held the title of Miss Earth Zimbabwe and represented her country at Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines. She finished in the Top 8 among 85 contestants. Ukraine's Angelina Usanova has revealed the phoenix-inspired national costume she will wear at this year's Miss Eco International competition. "The phoenix is ​​a mythical creature that symbolizes Ukraine and Ukrainians — a country that is under fire every day, but continues to live, rebuild destroyed cities, love, create, give birth to children," the 26-year-old model shared online.
