Miss Earth 2023: Philippines' Yllana Marie Aduana wins Best Bikini


The final round of voting for Best Bikini at Miss Earth 2023 closed with Philippines' Yllana Marie Aduana being announced as the winner.

Victoria Lazarova of Bulgaria, Valisoa Fifaliana Ratsimbazafy of Madagascar, Noa Claus of the Netherlands, Gretha Matiauda of Paraguay, Jhosskaren Smiller of Venezuela, Do Thi Lan Anh of Vietnam, and Courtney Jongwe of Zimbabwe were the Top finalists.

As a prize, the Filipina beauty hailing from Siniloan, Laguna will now have a chance to double her voting points for one day from 2:00 p.m. on December 19 to 2:00 p.m. on December 20 (GMT+7) for the Miss People's Choice on Eventista's portal.

The winner of the Miss People's Choice will automatically earn a spot in the semifinals to be announced during the final show and coronation night on December 22 at Van Phuc City.

"Thank you so much to everyone who voted and supported. I love you all. Three more days. I will continue to fight for you," Yllana shared in Filipino on social media.

Lilly Sødal was crowned Miss Norway 2024 (Miss Universe Norway 2024) during the national competition held last Saturday, August 10 at Rebel in Oslo. The 21-year-old sustainability advocate from Kristiansand received her crown from her predecessor, last year's winner Julie Tollefsen. Athenna Crosby of California bested over 40 other contestants to win the Miss World America 2024 pageant on Sunday, November 17 in Seattle, Washington. The 26-year-old American-Venezuelan model and actress succeeds last year's winner Victoria DiSorbo and will now prepare to represent the United States of America at the 72nd Miss World. Former Miss Slovensko finalist Simona Leskovská has been officially appointed as Miss Supranational Slovakia 2023. Miss Slovakia organization made the announcement on Monday, April 3 via social media. The 31-year-old beauty is a well-known influencer and sports editor from Bratislava.
